Welcome to the motorcycle mystic. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
the motorcycle mystic offers energy clearing services, including:
Group clearing sessions (live and recorded)
Private 1-on-1 clearing sessions
Digital courses and programs (when available)
These services are designed to support your spiritual and emotional well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is processed securely through Systeme.io and Stripe, Inc.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
The security of payment transactions is the responsibility of our payment processors (Systeme.io and Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
Yearly memberships are billed once upfront for the full year.
Founding Member and Early Adopter pricing is locked in for life, as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However:
Founding Members and Early Adopters: Your pricing is locked in for life and will never increase, as long as your membership remains active.
New customers: Will be charged the current pricing at the time of their purchase.
Existing members (non-Founding/Early Adopter): Will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increases.
4. 7-Day Risk-Free Trial
For monthly subscriptions, you will receive a 7-day risk-free trial period. During this trial:
You will have full access to the service
Your payment method will be authorized but NOT charged
After 7 days, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the monthly rate
You may cancel at any time during the 7-day trial period without being charged
If you cancel during the trial, you will lose access to the service immediately
To cancel your trial, please email support@themotorcyclemystic.com or cancel through your account dashboard.
Note: This trial period is offered in good faith to help you experience the transformation risk-free. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to customers who repeatedly sign up and cancel, share access with unauthorized users, or otherwise abuse this policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Memberships:
You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Yearly Memberships:
Yearly memberships are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period. You will retain access for the full year you've paid for.
1-on-1 Sessions:
You may cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit that session.
6. Access to Content
Live group clearing sessions are held via Zoom at scheduled times.
Recordings of all sessions are made available within 24 hours and remain accessible to active members.
You may not share, distribute, or resell any recordings, materials, or content provided by the motorcycle mystic.
All content is for personal use only.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings, logos, and branding associated with the motorcycle mystic are the intellectual property of Polona Krumpak and are protected by copyright law.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission
Use our branding, logo, or materials for commercial purposes
Record, screenshot, or share live sessions or recordings
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services provided by the motorcycle mystic are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Individual experiences may vary.
Medical Disclaimer:
The services offered are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own well-being
You will seek professional medical care when needed
You will not hold the motorcycle mystic liable for any outcomes related to your use of our services
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the motorcycle mystic and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. User Conduct
You agree to:
Treat all participants and facilitators with respect
Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared experiences
Not disrupt live sessions or engage in harmful behavior
Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these terms or engages in disruptive behavior, without refund.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at [link to privacy policy].
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.
