I was searching for more. So I tried everything.
Affirmations first. I followed the instructions and wrote them down perfectly; specific, positive, and present tense. I set the reminders to read them aloud. I recorded them and listened to my own voice telling me I was worthy, good enough, capable, deserving.
Nothing changed.
Then guided meditations. Growing roots into the earth, connecting with the universe. Breathing out negativity, breathing in light. I was doing this for months. Felt peace during the meditation, and felt hopeful after.
Then I’d go to work and got triggered by the same person, same situation, and in the same way. I was thinking: What am I doing wrong?
And I would meditate more, longer.
The triggers didn’t decrease. They remained the same. The meditation helped for the moment. It was like a momentary painkiller, but the pain always came back.
Then I found a breathing technique that promised it wouldn’t be ‘another patch on the wound’. I thought, finally, this is it.
I did it for 60 days straight. But still needed reminders, and I still got triggered.
I concluded: this wasn’t working either.
I felt exhausted. I wanted peace.
The full story of how deep that loop went—and what finally broke it—is here.
Coping is managing the symptom. Taking painkillers whenever your head hurts. The pain goes away for a few hours. Then it comes back. So, you take another painkiller. And another. And another.
You’re not fixing the problem. You’re just managing it.
Clearing is removing the cause. It’s like a surgery. You go in, you remove what’s causing the pain, and it’s gone. You don’t need painkillers anymore because there’s nothing causing the pain.
Think of it like your computer. Notifications keep popping up; emails, messages, alerts. You close them. They go away. But the emails, messages, and tasks are still there, waiting. So the notifications keep coming back. You’re managing them, not removing them.
That’s coping.
Clearing is different. it’s deleting the file completely. Not just closing the notification. Actually deleting it. And when it’s deleted? It’s GONE. It doesn’t come back.
I used to get triggered by my brother constantly. I’d manage it; meditate, breathe, convince myself it wasn’t his fault. It helped temporarily. But the trigger was still there, waiting.
Then I cleared it.
Now, when I see him, there’s nothing. No trigger. No need to manage anything. Just peace. Just freedom.
That’s the difference.
If you're wondering what exactly you're "clearing" when you do this work, I explain it here: "What Are Energetic Blocks and How to Recognize Them."
Managing notifications is a never-ending task. Close one, another appears. Close that one, three more pop up. You’re always reacting, always managing.
Same with coping.
You meditate to manage your anger. You feel calm after. You think: ‘Finally, I’ve got this.’ Then the next day, you see that person again. They say something you didn’t expect. And boom, the anger is back. Stronger than before, because now you’re also frustrated that the meditation “didn’t work.”
So you meditate again. And again. And again.
Your block is still there. You’re just getting better at managing it. And no wonder people give up. It’s exhausting.
Imagine dreading to see someone because they trigger you. You prepare yourself before every meeting. You talk yourself up. You convince yourself: ‘They don’t mean it that way. Stay calm. Breathe.’
It works for that day. You feel proud of yourself.
Then the next gathering comes. Same dread. Same preparation. Same inner talk.
Day in, day out. Forever.
Wouldn’t it be better to spend your time and energy on something that actually removes the problem instead of just managing it?
That's when I finally realized: I wasn't broken. I was blocked.
If that sentence hits something inside you, this article goes deeper into it: "You're Not Broken, You're Blocked."
Before I cleared my triggers with my brother, every gathering was a work. I’d prepare mentally. I’d brace for his comments. I’d convince myself he didn’t mean bad.
Some gatherings were uneventful. Some felt like lightning strikes.
It was exhausting and no fun.
And now? I don’t need to prepare. I don’t need to convince myself. I just… see him. And there’s nothing. No trigger. No stress. No inner shenanigans.
It’s a breeze.
That’s what clearing feels like.
Right after clearing, you feel lighter. Not after a week. Not after a month. Right away. It’s like someone lifted a weight off your shoulders. Like you left the baggage behind, that you didn’t even realize it was there.
The first time you face that same situation after clearing, you notice the change inside you. There’s a different reaction. No stress, no tension. You can breathe freely.
And it stays this way.
A trigger that used to make me spiral? Gone. Just peace. My jaw would drop from surprise. ‘Is this really possible?’
Yes, it is.
And that’s just the beginning.
Want to know what actually gets cleared? Not the fluffy version—the real breakdown. Here's exactly what energetic blocks are.
I tried everything. Affirmations, mindfulness meditations, mind control techniques, tapping, chakra meditations, quantum jumping, subliminal messages. The list goes on.
Each taught me something. Affirmations taught me to think positively. Mindfulness taught me to stay present. Chakra meditations taught me about energy and blocks.
But none of them cleared the root cause.
I believe life should be happy, easy and fun. But no matter how many exercises I did, how many books I read, how many affirmations I repeated; my life wasn’t getting happier. It wasn’t getting easier either.
So, I kept searching for that formula. I talked to people. I listened. I was digging deeper. That urge to find THE answer, and the formula is what brought me here.
And then I found clearing.
After my first clearing session, I felt it immediately. Weight lifted off my shoulders. Lightness in my stomach. I decided to keep going for a week to see if it was real.
Then the confirmation came. At work, something that normally triggered a reaction? Nothing. No effect. No spiral.
I got curious. Where could this go?
I kept going. And things started to change.
I’m happy I made that decision.
