Being stuck is physiological. Not only psychological.

Your body pumps cortisol into your system even when there’s no immediate threat. Heart rate goes up, breathing shallows, your eyes widen, the muscles tense and ready for action. Your posture changes. Your amygdala, your brain’s alarm system is on high alert, constantly scanning for dangers that may not even exist.

Chronic low inflammation runs through your body because of stress patterns. Digestion gets disrupted. Your nervous system prioritizes survival over thriving, protection over connection, numbness over feeling.

And here’s the sneaky part: you don’t even notice something is off. It becomes normal. It becomes “just how you are.”

Your mind runs in circles like a hamster wheel and can't find the exit. The stories loop endlessly. Your mind exaggerates, pushes you deeper into the spiral. You're living inside the stories. You're invested in them. They feel true. And they push you to do things you regret later. Overeating. Avoiding. Snapping at people. Self-sabotage.

I moved eight times. Each move felt like a reset, a fresh start. But as soon as the excitement faded and life became stable, the questions inside got louder. The discomfort grew. So I'd find something to distract myself—crazy hobbies, new projects, anything to keep my mind busy. I wasn't healing. I was running. And even while doing these things, my body stayed tense. My subconscious still ran all the programs.

That's what stuck looks like. Not always obvious. Not always painful. Sometimes it just feels like restlessness. Like you need to keep moving to avoid feeling what’s underneath.

The Clearing Moment - The Physiology of Release

What Actually Happens During a Clearing Session

Think of your mind as a computer. Your blocks are files stored in folders. Each file contains a memory — what you saw, heard, felt, thought, believed about a specific experience.

Clearing works like this: you recall the memory in a safe environment where you can view it from all angles. You go through the folder. You review the files one by one.

Then comes the choice: keep the file or delete it?

When you decide to delete it, something shifts. The neural pathways that your body created to protect you from that memory become obsolete. They’re no longer needed. Your brain literally rewires itself. New pathways form. The old reactions disappear.

Let’s say your body had a file that said “become angry when this happens.” When you clear that file, the pathway is gone. Your body doesn’t react angrily anymore. It’s not suppressed. It’s not managed. It’s gone.

And here's what's interesting: people often resist deleting certain files. Because those files feel like identity. "I'm an anxious person." "I don't trust people." "I'm not good enough." Deleting them feels like losing a part of yourself. But here's the truth: you're not deleting yourself. You're deleting the program that was running you.

As these files are deleted, space opens up. Your nervous system has room to operate differently. Your old reactions, your old way of being, shifts. And that changes everything; your lifestyle, your thoughts, your environment, your relationships.

When I cleared my brother trigger, the family visits transformed. I went from dreading them, preparing in advance, bracing for conflict to actually go there with no second thoughts. The visits are peaceful now. Same thing happened at work. Situations that used to trigger me instantly? Now I respond calmly, like nothing happened. The file is deleted. That pathway is gone.

The Flowing State - What Changes After Clearing

From Survival Mode to Thriving Mode

The moment a block file is deleted, your body reacts. Some reactions are instant, some unfold over the next hours, days. Some take weeks and months.

INSTANT (During and Right After):

Tension in the body dissolves. You take a deep sigh. Your shoulders drop. Your breathing deepens and moves into your belly. You might experience tears, shaking, yawning, tingling, buzzing. Your body temperature shifts – hot to cold, cold to hot. This is release. This is your nervous system letting go.

HOURS TO DAYS:

As your body relaxes, sleep improves. Nightmares recede. Digestion rebalances. Inflammation reduces. You have more energy and focus because it’s no longer spent maintaining blocks. More peace because emotions regulate smoothly. The fog lifts. You feel lighter. Not because your circumstances changed. Because your nervous system did.

WEEKS TO MONTHS:

Your cortisol and other hormones normalize. Your immune system strengthens because it’s no longer fighting stress hormones. Your nervous system becomes flexible and responsive. Chronic pain often decreases or disappears. Relationships improve. You’re in flow.

What’s Next:

Your body craves more of this flow. It knows what it feels like now. So it brings up other stuck memories to clear them too. That’s how you know you’re advancing. That’s how you heal layers. The more you do it, the more you clear.

And that’s when everything changes.

Before/After - The Tangible Evidence

BEFORE CLEARING (Stuck State):

This shows up everywhere. In your posture. Your breathing is shallow, chest-based, held. In your energy – heavy, stagnant, blocked.

Inside, your heart races. Your brain either runs at full speed or feels foggy. Your immune system overworks. Your hormones are imbalanced. You’re stuck in the story. And the story is running your life.

AFTER CLEARING (Flowing State):

The true you resurfaces.

Your mind quiets. The stories lose their grip. You can see them for what they are: just stories, not truth. Your body feels it first; lightness, sighing, yawning, maybe tears or shaking. Your posture opens. Your breathing deepens. Your focus sharpens.

Things feel easier. You feel more motivated. Less energy is spent fighting yourself. More energy for what actually matters. You’re flexible, responsive, alive.

My moving story shows this perfectly. I used to move like a nomad, running from boredom and loud inner questions. I called it freedom. But I was running away, not towards anything. The next time I move — and I will — it will be a move towards my dream, not away from my discomfort.

A painful experience once affected me so deeply I couldn't eat. I was losing weight. People around me were worried. But that experience taught me something: standards and boundaries. I raised them. I maintained them. People questioned me for it. But I'm happy with them. They are not a block.

A block would have been if I stopped driving after my accidents. Of course, I was more vigilant in the first couple of rides. But the trust came back. The love for riding came back. That's the difference between a wound that heals and a block that stays.

One experience shaped me. The other could have stopped me. That’s how you know the difference.

The Science Made Simple - Your Data Analyst Perspective

Here’s the big, unspoken question: “Is this real?

Fair question.

Here's what I know. After clearing, people sleep better. Not "a bit better." They stop having nightmares they've had for years. They wake up rested for the first time in decades.

Their chronic pain reduces. Or disappears completely. Pain they've been managing with drugs for years. Gone. Not managed. Gone.

Their relationships shift. Not because the other people changed. Because THEY changed. The trigger is gone. The reaction is gone. The dynamic changes automatically.

Their energy comes back. Because the body is no longer spending it on maintaining blocks. Think about it: how much energy does it take to stay tense all day? To stay alert for dangers that don't exist? To maintain all those old programs running in the background?
